Hey there. I'm Reality. Reality A. [Oh, yes, I know that above it says "Reality Bliss Angel" above, but it DID used to say "Reality A", and probably will again someday. I just thought it'd be lovealicious to be able to say that 'Bliss is my middle name,' at least for awhile!]

Like a a children's song, "A is for...", well, anything you want!

Except maybe "Asshole".

And maybe not "Aerosol", either, come to think of it. You wouldn't want to be an aerosol, after all, now would you?

Oh. You would?

Well, Aerosol it is then! Reality Aerosol.

Hope you're happy now. Yep. *forced smile* Hope you're bloooody happy. Oh, yeeeeah! :) *spray*

But, seriously (as serious as I can get -- 'cuz "serious" to me means taking a SERIOUSLY light hearted approach to life :p )...

I usually prefer A to stand "Angel". Or to stand for nothing particular at all. Just "A" is good. Mysterious. *waving fingers at you, and talking in a sillyerry voice* spooky! Well, okay.. it's NOT spooky. I'll give you that. Bleh! :)

Honestly, you CAN choose whatever you want for the "A" -- even asshole, if that's your cup of bumb... er, tea, I mean. *rolls eye suspiciously* Yes, yes, tea. It's best that you just use the "A" for whatever I end up meaning to you.

That's fair, right?

Now, before you start thinking that Reality is some kinda bad thing... just remember... Reality is what fantasy is made of, sillywinkle!

Hell, it's what everything we know is made of -- whether you view particular things as good or bad, or something else entirely. You see it as what you want to see it as, and you definitely get out of it what you put into it. (and, actually, you usually get a little bit, and sometime a LOT, more; a plant, for instance, is GIGANTIC compared to it's seed)

I, myself, and maybe even you, tend to view Reality as a Good Thing. A Very Good Thing (tm; registered trademark of Optimists & Loveaholics Not-So-Anonymous)... a playground for us souls to frolic in... to play in... to build inside of and with... to make real our dreams. To come true... yes!

Sure, some other people choose to experience misery or even terror in their own personal reality. What Reality is to you all comes down to taste. It's a good thing we have a choice, and I do hope you have good taste.

But that's reality the word or concept. :) I'm more than a concept, I'm also flesh and bone (and puppy dog tails??! what are little boys made of again? I can't believe that I don't remember!) So lemme tell you a little bit about me as that. As a warm blooded, single headed, uni-bumbed (just call me the 'uni-bumber'!) and usually two armed and two legged (and single torsoed) person...

I currently live in West Hollywood (which is now, for reasons unknown to me, it's own teeny weeny little city, and not part of the city of Los Angeles anymore like Hollywood itself is). In case you're near the area (I like visitors -- interesting ones, anyway) or merely curious, I'm just off of Sunset, a few blocks east of the strip. Near Toi Thai and Guitar Center and all that stuff, really. If you ever want to visit from far off, I think you'll like the location -- it's about equidistant from the Sunset Strip, Melrose Ave, downtown Hollywood, and coolbeans Runyon Canyon. You can easily visit just about anything, and I'll be more than glad to take you just about anywhere (and lavish you with fun, fun, fun!!).

In the past two years or so, I've previously lived in Fairfax, Virgina; Denver, Colorado; and about 20 miles outside of Boston, Massachusetts. Mass is where I did most of my "growing up" (but I'm not done yet! :). I probably had the most oodles of noodles of funfunfun during my time in Colorado, but there are always good moments here, there, and everywhere. I've traveled most of the US by car twice, which is always a blast. Did a Rainbow Gathering on one of those trips, and all kinds of other neat stuff. I really love traveling, meeting new people, and doing new things!

Now you know where I am, and where I've been. (with the one exception that I also like to visit a place I like to call 'tangent land'; and I like to do so OFTEN!)

Maybe it's now time to learn who I am (at least that's what I keep telling myself, heh). Or, at the very least, who I consider myself to be and want to be.

I'm a renaissance kinda guy (i.e., I have a fascination with life, and like to do and create lotsa different kinds of stuff), and believe that people are inherently good (even though frustration may sometimes cause them to stray) and have infinite potential (That's right -- that means YOU, inifinitepotentialhead!). I like just about everything, with the exclusion of unreasonable restrictions on myself or others (i.e., force). asiliketosayifyoulikeforce,you'reafucker,sodo whatyou'regoodat,andfuckoff!

I'm a big believer in being able to do anything you like, as long as it doesn't harm anyone. I don't think anyone was born to be imprisoned. There's enough restrictions on creativity and what you can and cannot do imposed by the physical universe itself (and the effects of social influence -- which are quite powerful), without people stooping so low as to use force to impose their own rules upon others.

But enough about that...

One of the things I most enjoy is helping others to grow, have fun, feel good, evolve, and all that good, tingly stuff! :)

So that I can share with and touch as many people as possible (and have fun doing it!), I've chosen music as my career. Musicians (and to some extent actors and athletes) affect people FAR more than politicians or religious leaders or just about anyone else. And they don't have to sell their souls to do it! (that's right -- I bet you didn't realize that. Through my connections here in LA I've discovered that it's only an OPTION to sell your soul to Satan when you're a musician. Hurray! Unfortunately, I've heard that SAG (Screen Actor's Guild) has given into the darkside and officially changed it's name to Satan's Actors Guild. Those poor thespians just don't have as good as musicians)

Ideally, I'd most like to be a Tim Leary meets Madonna kinda guy. (I'm not choosing Madonna due to sexual identity issues or because I find her music itself particularly inspiring, heh; instead, I can't think of anyone better, male or female, who's as famous as she is, as outspoken, and as persistently flexible and chameleon like. She's not just a neat WOMAN, she's a pretty amazing PERSON, period.) Someone who can challenge and help people on a mass scale. Someone who might even help to spur a new resaissance of sorts, just like Tim Leary helped to create in the 60s. (but not the same, per se)

I think it'd be the best thing in the world to be a sort of role model for kids that's someone more than cool -- someone who's not just fun to be in the moment, but someone worth being in all ways, at all times. I try hard every day to be someone worth being, someone I myself could look up to and can be proud of.

In short, I grew up in a world of pain (having had a *rediculously* bad childhood... not to mention having only a bed of nails to sleep on, which really, REALLY hurt! OUCH!), and intend to do my part in making this into a world of pllleasure. (Just stop for a second now, and say "Pleasure". Draw it out. Roll the "l"s a little. Fun, isn't it? hehe)

I know that everyone can only share what they have, whether it be a way of looking at or living life, money, feelings, or what have you.

People who make others miserable are miserable themselves, just like those who are happy 'spill over' and tend to infect others with happiness. And, heck, if you're Bill Gates, you might just spill 100 million dollars on a charity or library system here or there, every now and then. And, perhaps even more importantly, people who are ecstatically orgasmic, why they 'spill over' and... well, you know. *wink*

I hope to help others to realize that the better they care for themselves, and grow in their own lives, the more they enrich the lives of not just themselves -- but of everyone around them.

It's not "selfish" to realize the importance of yourself, it's just smart. It's only the people who can see themSelves as important, that are able to see other selves as important. The word "selfish" needs some careful redefining. Most current definitions for it are thoughtless and stupid, and don't help anyone at all. Each one of us are good people and are super important to the party going down here on Earth.

I also know, deep down, that things get better all the time, and there's nothing we can really do to stop that. The progression of things like technology (ever faster, more capable computers, etc.) closely mirrors what happens to everything and everyone, you and I, all the time: we get better! We can either do our best to slow this natural process down (like most tend to governments do) or to speed it up -- to 'join' it. I've chosen to do the latter, and I'd love for you to come along with me. ;)
